Brazilian victim at London tube station (new twist)

In an earlier post on the tragic murder of a Brazilian electrician by the Metropolitan Police at a London tube station, I strongly challenged the suitability of the course of action taken by the police and, in a subsequent discussion with an anonymous reader, suspected gross incompetence and uncoordination by one or few in the intelligence and police department. I also expressed my disapproval quite unequivocally of the efforts of the police to obscure the whole business from the public. But I never imagined that my suspicion would come true thousand times much worse. Read the leaked report of the ongoing investigation to know how the police tried to fool the public. Read this and this to master the skill of how to mislead people by playing with words when realities on the ground send you to gallows.
